Natural, crusty, straight from the oven:
our fresh bread
Always fresh? Of course! A wide choice? Yes, here you are!
After a night spent working in the bakery, dawn breaks and our fragrant loaves with fennel (Breatlan), our crusty rolls and all our other products are ready to take from the oven - and there's something for every taste. Crispy outside, soft and fluffy inside, and always with that irresistible taste.
Info: here are just a few examples of the delicious snacks we offer. We can provide more information about other items on request.
Vienna rolls
The original "Kaisersemmel" …
Loved by both adults and children, they are the classic childhood snack. And you'll still find them in bread baskets all over the world. They're even associated with an idiom: so when we say that something "sells like hot cakes", it conjures up an image of freshly baked Vienna rolls.
* Features: crusty outside, soft inside - yum! Despite their popularity, our Vienna rolls are not pretentious; because of the slow leavening process, they have a better flavour and keep fresh for longer.
Puccia Pusterese ("breatl")
Traditional, but always in fashion!
The tried and tested is always worth preserving - like our delicious Pusterese Puccia loaf with fennel, based on a traditional farmhouse recipe. Puccia is used to accompany the typical South Tyrolean snack, and goes perfectly with tasty local cheese, high quality speck, or sausage.
* Features: Puccia Pusterese is a typical product from the Val Pusteria. The addition of piquant spices such as cumin, fennel and fenugreek, and the exclusive use of our own sourdough, help give the Puccia its very distinctive flavour.
Segalino Venosta
yum... so delicious!
Known as Pari de Séghel, Panét de Séghel or Segalino Venosta: if you want to know why this rye bread from the Venosta valley has such a unique flavour, you only have to try it. It contains much the same ingredients as the Puccia Pusterese, but the Segalino Venosta is still a product in its own right.
* Features: this typical product from South Tyrol makes a delicious souvenir, to help you remember the area where you spent a lovely holiday. It's better to try it than talk about it!
