The sweet pleasure of the holidays
During the Christmas season, the Zelten is the undisputed champion of Trenker’s delicious assortment of holiday products; it is a refined rye bread with fruit and nuts, almonds, raisins and dry figs, decorated with almonds and candied citron. In the cold season, the Stollen and ginger bread, like the Zelten, are a panacea, together with a cup of piping hot tea or coffee. Sweet bread is another South Tyrol speciality produced by the Trenker Bakery. It is produced in appropriate shapes for every holiday, whether at Easter or All Saints’ Day.
