26.01.2015 - DLG Quality Test

In the DLG Quality Test for Bread and Rolls and Fine Bakery Products each product is tested in accordance with scientific quality standards and an expert report certified in compliance with DIN and ISO is produced. The DLG Test Center Food awarded the bakery Trenker with two gold prizes.

02.05.2013 - 16th International Bread Competition in Austria 2013

 

This year the bakery Trenker participated at the international bread competition again after 2010. Bakerys from Austria, Germany, the Switzerland and Italy competed their products with each other and the best ones got their prizes during the fair ÖBA/ÖKONDA-diegenuss on the 28th of april. The bakery Trenker participated with 7 exhibits from which 2 have been awarded with the first place:

  • the "Pustertaler Bauernbreatl" (an original bread from the Puster valley)
  • the original bread from Vinschgau called "Vinschgauerl"

Second places for our strudel with poppy seed and the french baguette.

Third places for the roll and the sweet strudel with nuts.

The total winner with 23 first places has been the bakery "Reichl Brot GmbH" from Austria (St. Marien /ÖO). Congratulations!


19.02.2013 - Bread competition with Regiocorn 2013


On the 19th of february the EOS - Export Organization South Tyrol of the Chamber of commerce of Bolzano/Bozen organized the first bread competition with Regiocorn at the Chamber of commerce in Bolzano/ Bozen. The tasting of the bread with the mark of quality South Tyrol was committed to a tecnical jury and a jury composed from de public who rated the bread due to appereance, taste and aroma.

 The bakery was awarded with bronze for the "Pusterer Bauernbrot", an original bread from the puster valley!

The bakery Trenker has partecipate at the quality-contest of bread 2011 organized from DLG (german agricolture society) and achieve five silver awards.

20.01.10 - DLG quality-examination 2010 - Prizewinner of highest quality for Bakery Trenker!

 

 

 

The guild of baker organize on the occasion of the traid fair "ÖBA/ÖKONDA-diegenuss" at Wels (Austria) from the.-16.April 2010 the 15. international bread competition. Objective of this competition is to compromise the quality of backery products and bread which are handmade.

Depending on the number of scores achieved, the bread and fine backery products are awarded with the adequate prize.

The Bakery Trenker partecipatedcon succes at this competition.

The Bakery Trenker pass with positive result the IFS (International Food Standard) audit version 5 also this year.

The audit this year hold mr. Ernst Rauter from the Quality Austria.

13.05.2009 - Examination of bread 2009

 

Il pane e i prodotti da forno altoatesini hanno una storia a sé, una particolare provenienza geografica e un gusto unico. Per mantenere intatte queste peculiarità, l’Associazione provinciale panificatori organizza martedì 12 e mercoledì 13 maggio il cosiddetto “Esame del pane”. “L’obiettivo è quello di sensibilizzare i produttori e di testare con quanta cura e maestria lavorano i panificatori di tutta la provincia. Caratteristiche come sapore e tradizione devono essere premiate”, spiega il presidente panificatori nell’Unione Richard Schwienbacher. All’esame sono ammessi più di 50 tipi diversi di pane di svariati panifici altoatesini. Possono essere presentati da ciascun produttore al massimo due tipi di pane, di cui un tipo deve essere integrale. Il primo giorno verranno esaminati i tipi di pane presentati. L’esame si svolge in forma anonima e verrà effettuato da esperti della scuola professionale di Innsbruck nonché da Paul Bacher, esaminatore del pane per il marchio di qualità dell’Alto Adige. Profumo e sapore hanno il ruolo più importante durante l’esame. Grande importanza verrà data anche all’aspetto esteriore e al rispetto delle norme igieniche.  

Il Panificio Trenker ha partecipato all´esame con il pane alla segala con cumino (Puccia pusterese) e con il Bio pane di farro integrale e ha vinto il premio d´argento.
